Read everything carefully. By commissioning me you completely agree to each of the conditions listed in the terms of service below.
❖ | GENERAL TERMS⋄ Contact me through email. Then if I accept your commission, we can proceed via Discord.⋄ I have the right to decline commission that I'm not comfortable with or I'm not able to work on.⋄ Prices may increase depending on complexity.⋄ I reserve the right to showcase your commission on my Twitter page and Portfolio after the completion, unless otherwise discussed.⋄ I ask you to know exactly what you'd like to commission before requesting.⋄ I will never make NFT's nor allow my work to be made into one nor into AI.⋄ If the client has any problems in handling the received file (.psd), contact me and I will be happy to help.❖ | COPYRIGHT & USAGE⋄ Do not claim my work as your own.⋄ The client does not have the right to repurpose, redistribute, resell or edit any of the commissioned products.
➥ Only exception for editing text if it is Schedule, as it will be a .psd file where the client will write their weekly events. However, any change in color and layout is prohibited.⋄ Personal use only. Contact me for commercial use.
➥ Personal use = Only on Streaming platforms (Twitch, Youtube, Kick, etc.)
➥ Commercial use = Any commercial inquires besides streaming platforms (Marketing, Web marketing, Music videos, Releasing music/Original songs where you're gonna get monetized, Music platforms, etc.)⋄ All credit must be given to Eve (@_eveezs) on any websites or social media when using my work. It should be visible and easy to people access.❖ | PROCESS⋄ Please, understand and be patient! I'm also a streamer and a real person with irl duties. I try my best to reach deadlines but if any unforeseen situation in life happens, I'll be sure to communicate you as soon as possible and keep you updated.⋄ If the client provide a non-communicative stand within 10 days, I'll terminate the project with no refunds.⋄ My working schedule is from Monday to Friday. I don't work on weekends!⋄ If you have any references/inspirations/elements from your own character to show off, please create a google drive folder with pngs of your model as well. And make sure to get permission to use any element that is not from your Original Character.⋄ Once the final product is finished, I'll upload all the files to google drive and will delete it in 10 days. Make sure to download them all and check if everything is fine!
❖ | REVISION⋄ You are entitled to up to 3 REVISIONS free of charge. So make sure to check each detail carefully.⋄ Do not ask for serious or big changes half way through the commission or changing the whole design for something new/from scratch.⋄ I'll cover any little adjustment after 1 week of delivered files. After that 1 week, any changes you wanna make are gonna be charged. Always check your files!❖ | PAYMENT⋄ All payments are in USD and will be paid via KO-FI. Do not make any payment before have a confirmation that I'll take the commission request. Otherwise, if you want to make any donation/tip not regardless commission process, you're free to send it through DONATE button above.⋄ Payments are upfront. It can be made half upfront and half before receiving the final product if discussed.⋄ When sending payment, please write in the description which service was requested.❖ | REFUND⋄ There will be no refunds!❖ | DEADLINE⋄ Deadline must be communicated and agreed upon.⋄ Rush orders will receive a 50% surcharge.————————❖————————❖ | RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER:❖ | YOU CAN:⋄ Use my work on any streaming platform.❖ | YOU CAN'T:⋄ Claim my work as your own.
